Sloan Engineering Group has the expertise to prepare site plans and exhibits for all types of projects including Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Mixed-Use developments. Our staff can conduct project due diligence, prepare project pro-formas, and assist our clients’ in determining the overall feasibility of a project. We have extensive experience with Comprehensive Plan Amendments and Zoning Changes. Our goal is to provide a functional and cost-effective development by creating solutions that capture the intended market while maximizing the land.

Our experience includes the site design for single-family and multi-family residential projects, apartments, mobile home parks, RV parks, assisted living facilities, hotels, parking garages, office space, medical space, retail space, convenience stores, quick service restaurants, self-storage facilities, churches, concrete batch plants, and much more. 

We have extensive experience permitting at the Local, State and Federal level throughout the State of Florida. Nearly all the design work that our company performs is accompanied by multiple permitting requirements. Every job begins with a complete review of the permits required to achieve the final design and ultimately the constructed project. All projects are time sensitive and it is therefore imperative that everyone involved in the project has a clear understanding of the permitting requirements and associated timelines.
